We had a small misunderstanding about our dogs (our fault) but the staff handled it with grace and kindness! Gerry who worked in the mornings at breakfast was phenomenal, the entire staff was great!
The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful all day long. The free breakfast was very good.
I travel a lot for work so comparing hotels is one of my fav things. My room was spacious and clean, no issues with the internet connection, I only have a suggestion which is there could be a Stand for the bags so I don’t have to leave everything on the floor. Just little details that can improve. The service was great and they have free cookies in the lobby which was a plus. All the employees are super nice but JERI the person who takes care of the breakfast was beyond amazing, such a sweet elder lady that offered me to bring my coffee and my breakfast plates to the table and making sure I didn’t need anything else. She brought up my old childhood memories about my grandma making breakfast for me. Definitely this is a type of customer service I have not received at any other hotel where I’ve stayed and as I say I travel a lot. Don’t lose her, cuz employees like that are gold!!!! It felt like home.
The staff are all friendly, helpful and smile constantly. They obviously care about what they do and they are 5 stars! It's clean, updated, everything works as it should, easy parking, good location. I was impressed and will be back!
This hotel is a great place to stay. It’s very clean, comfortable and what I feel we all expect from a nicer hotel. But the staff is what puts this place over the top, as many places are understaffed this hotel is not and literally everyone that works there is great. I would not think about a “culture” at a hotel but this place is different. Everyone that I met that worked there was not only super friendly but they really want to make sure you enjoy your stay.
The hotel was fire Love the waffle maker. Mightve spilled fruit loops.. Hot tub made me feel like Ramen No animals I'm alr w that Slipped on ice Rolled from hot tub to pool and felt like a walrus No one disturbed me Smelled good when I walked in 100% recommended
My family stayed at this hotel for 3 days on a ski trip to Granite Peak and we all thought it was spectacular! The room was clean and neat. The included breakfast was fantastic and we looked forward to it every morning (I only got a picture of half of the options). There is coffee and hot chocolate for free by a nice fireplace that we loved. The pool and hot tub are open late so we ended every night there. Every staff member we saw contributed to a great experience. This is a very well run establishment!
Kimberly checked us in and was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable about places nearby. Breakfast was served starting @ 06:00, but they started it earlier to meet our departure each day. Lots of choices. Bananas could be bigger though. lol Ample parking too.
